Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Sealed, unopened, and in original packaging
- Free from any wear, damage, or signs of use
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrance products cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
